With the resurgence of the PGAA, one of the initiatives was to renew our membership with the Alberta Trade Contractors Council. With that being said, please see below information regarding an Education Series set to be delivered next week, June 21, 22nd and 23rd. These sessions will provide detail required to help your business prepare to successfully operate within the rules of prompt payment legislation. At the bottom is the PDF explaining the series and registration is free, 11am to Noon.

Thank you for your continued support as we work toward implementation of Prompt Payment Legislation on August 29, 2022.
Your Prompt Payment Team is pleased to announce an Education Series to be delivered next month, June 21, 22, 23. Working with Gowlings and Associates, whose principle partner, Kerry Powell has been involved in the prompt payment advocacy from the beginning, your ATCC PP Team has developed a detailed information series for trade contractors. Kerry and his team will provide information on:

These are the classes for 2022-2023. Class numbers are not set in stone yet. As of now we run 16 students per class. SAIT is talking to raise class numbers to 20 students per class.
